Seven Magic Mountains in Las Vegas

A couple of weeks ago we went down to Las Vegas, Nevada. It's a nice, quick drive for us from Utah, only about 6 hours long. We've been wanting to go to the Seven Magic Mountains near Vegas since we heard about them. Their website shows that the structures will be taken down in May 2018, so we knew we had to go now!

The Seven Magic Mountains are located about half an hour south of the strip. If you're coming from Vegas, get on I-15 south and take exit 25 for Sloan Road. Turn left, then right onto Las Vegas Blvd. In about 7 miles it will be on your left. We were there in the afternoon on a weekend and couldn't believe how busy it was! There was a lot of parking, but most of it was full.

You'll walk down a little dirt path to get to the structures. It was so fun to see all the different colors of the rocks and walk around them. It was impossible to get a picture without people in the background though.

For all my vegan followers, next time you're in Vegas, you have to eat at Slice of Vegas in the Mandalay Bay Shops! They have a whole vegan section of their menu that is amazing! We started eating so fast that we forgot to take pictures of the food we got.

We got the vegan Not Your Mama's Garlic Bread and the vegan Gardein Pesto. The garlic bread has pesto sauce on it that is so delicious and flavorful. The pesto has the same sauce! We can't wait to recreate it at home. The portions are pretty big, so my husband and I shared the garlic bread and pasta.
