Here are nine vegan Thanksgiving recipes you have to make this year.
Vegan Thanksgiving Recipe #1 - Mashed Potatoes
If you're only going to eat one vegan thing on Thanksgiving, it has to be mashed potatoes! They're the best comfort food to load up on your plate. For this recipe, I recommend switching out the russet potatoes for Yukon Gold. Those are the only potatoes we buy because they have more flavor and we love the skin on them.

#2 - Rolls
Rolls are a staple for Thanksgiving dinner. They're so good that it's hard to eat just one. I love putting Smart Balance butter on mine.

#3 - Dark Gravy
This gravy would be so good on your big pile of mashed potatoes.

#4 - Country Gravy
I've always preferred white country gravy over brown gravy. I love how thick and flavorful it is. It's so tasty on potatoes or to dip your roll in.

#5 - Green Bean Casserole
I suggest using fresh green beans for this recipe. Adam and I love green bean casserole so much that we make it year round. French fried onions are hands down the best part of green bean casserole.

#6 - Sweet Potato Casserole
Sweet potato casserole is so good and sweet that it could almost be dessert.

#7 - Butternut Squash
I had never had butternut squash until a few years ago and let me tell you, we are hooked. If you cook it just right, it melts in your mouth and is so fun to eat.

#8 - Apple Pie
In my opinion, apple is the best kind of pie. No Thanksgiving is complete without a slice of it. If you're not up for making one or don't have time, Costco's apple pie is vegan!

#9 - Pumpkin Pie
Pumpkin pie is the best when served with whipped cream. Our favorite is So Delicious Coco Whip.
