Cheesecake Factory Vegan Options

Last Updated On June 5, 2021 by Elizabeth Morgan Leave a Comment

The Cheesecake Factory is a sit-down chain restaurant. This post will give you all of the Cheesecake Factory vegan options.

The Cheesecake Factory has a lot of menu items and it can be pretty overwhelming. If you’re plant based and dairy free, then you’ll want to stick to the following options.

Vegan Cobb Salad

This salad has lettuce, tomato, garbanzo beans, grilled asparagus, green beans, roasted beets, avocado, cucumber, quinoa, farro, almonds, sunflower seeds, and a house vinaigrette.

Avocado Toast

The avocado toast is dairy free and egg free. It has grilled artisan bread topped with avocado, arugula, radishes, marinated tomatoes, red onion, lemon, and extra virgin olive oil.

Evelyn’s Favorite Pasta (modified)

Evelyn’s Favorite Pasta is my favorite thing to get here! It’s super filling and delicious. I love all the veggies it comes with. You need to order it without the parmesan cheese. I’ve heard that it has butter in it, but when I order it my servers have all said it doesn’t. It’s worth checking with your server though.

This pasta dish will come with spaghetti noodles, broccoli, tomato, zucchini, eggplant, peppers, kalamata olives, onions, garlic, and fresh herbs.

Edamame

Edamame is always a fun appetizer. It’s soybeans that are still in their pods.

Little House Salad

This salad comes with tomatoes, cucumbers, and vinaigrette.

Wellness Salad

The wellness salad has salad greens, spinach, kale, avocado, broccoli, grapes, roasted pear, blueberries, onion, sunflower seeds, almonds, and lemon blueberry vinaigrette.

Tossed Green Salad

This salad has mixed greens, veggies, tomatoes, croutons, and is served with your choice of dressing. According to The Cheesecake Factory’s website this salad is vegan, but you can check with your server about the croutons if you’d like to. Vegan dressings are listed below.

French Fries

French fries aren’t always the most fun for vegans since there are places where this is the only option, but they’re great for getting on the side of your salad.

Sweet Potato Fries

I love that The Cheesecake Factory also has sweet potato fries as an option.

Breads

These breads are vegan:

  • Sourdough baguette
  • Wheat baguette
  • White toast

Black Beans

You can get a side of black beans or try adding them to one of the salads.

Plantains

You can get a side of plantains at The Cheesecake Factory.

Steamed White Rice

Steamed white rice is always a safe vegan option. You can get this and black beans.

Dressings

The following dressings are vegan:

  • Balsamic vinaigrette
  • Chinese plum dressing
  • Shallot vinaigrette
  • SkinnyLicious mustard dressing
  • SkinnyLicious sesame soy dressing
  • Spicy peanut vinaigrette
  • Lemon blueberry vinaigrette

Kids’ Pasta With Marinara Sauce

The kids pasta comes with bowtie noodles and your choice of sauce. The marinara sauce is the only vegan option.

Kids’ Fresh Fruit

Kids can get a side of fresh fruit with their meal.

Drinks

These drinks are vegan:

  • Frozen iced mango
  • Strawberry fruit smoothie
  • Tropical smoothie
  • Peach smoothie
  • Double espresso
  • Cafe
  • Cold brew iced coffee
  • Freshly brewed coffee
  • Black and herb teas
  • Freshly brewed teas
  • Arnold Palmer
  • Cucumber lemonade
  • Raspberry lemonade
  • Strawberry lemonade
  • Signature lemonade
  • Soft drinks
  • Citrus sparkler
  • Orange coconut cream soda
  • Passion mint fizz
  • Pineapple cherry limeade
  • Tropical ginger cooler
  • Apple juice
  • Fresh orange juice

I learned about these vegan options from looking at their allergen info page. You can view it here.

You can dine in the restaurant, order for pick-up, or order for delivery. You can also make reservations on their website.
