Chick-Fil-A Vegan Options

Last Updated On June 5, 2021 by Elizabeth Morgan Leave a Comment

Chick-Fil-A is surprisingly a vegan friendly fast food restaurant. This guide will tell you all of the Chick-Fil-A vegan options.

For a long time I’ve just been getting fries and a fruit cup here, so I’m excited to try more of their vegan options. I do miss getting their milkshakes from when I was vegetarian though. I’m hopeful that one day they’ll have a vegan milkshake.

Here’s what you can choose from when you order Chick-Fil-A vegan menu items:

Waffle Potato Fries

I cannot get enough of these waffle fries! They’re so good and are always hot and fresh. I love dipping them in their vegan sauces (below). They’re cooked in canola oil.

Hash Browns

Chick-Fil-A has little hash brown medallions that are cooked in canola oil. They’re really crispy and delicious. They come in a small container, so I recommend ordering two of them for yourself. These are only served at breakfast.

Fruit Cup

I love the fruit cup side. It comes with red apples, green apples, blueberries, mandarins, and strawberries.

Market Salad (modified)

Order this salad without chicken and crumbled blue cheese.

When you order it this way it will come with mixed greens, red and green apples, strawberries, blueberries, harvest nut granola, and roasted nut blend. Chick-Fil-A recommends getting it with the light balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

Cool Wrap (modified)

To make the cool wrap vegan you’ll need to take off the chicken and cheese.

It will be a flaxseed flour flatbread filled with green leaf lettuce, red cabbage, and carrots. Chick-Fil-A suggests you add one of their vegan vinaigrettes or Polynesian sauce.

Spicy Southwest Salad (modified)

The spicy southwest salad is vegan if you order it without chicken and cheese, and if you get the chili lime vinaigrette instead of the creamy salsa dressing.

It will then come with mixed greens, grape tomatoes, poblano chiles, red bell peppers, roasted corn, black beans, seasoned tortilla strips, chili lime pepitas, and the chili lime vinaigrette dressing.

Sunflower Multigrain Bagel

This website here says that the bagel is vegan. Make sure you order it without cream cheese to keep it vegan. This is only served at breakfast.

Applesauce

They have applesauce pouches that are vegan. These are a great option for toddlers and kids.

Sauces

  • Sweet and spicy sriracha
  • BBQ
  • Polynesian

Dressings

  • Light balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • Light Italian dressing
  • Zesty apple cider vinaigrette dressing

I really love their sweet and spicy sriracha sauce! I always dip my fries and hash browns in it. It definitely is spicy, but it’s not crazy spicy.

You can find more about their allergen info here.

I’m excited to try more vegan Chick-Fil-A food since I haven’t tried some of these.
