- Breadsticks with garlic topping
- Minestrone soup
- Farmhouse salad with no croutons and no dressing. Add extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Salad toppings are tomato, olives, onions, and pepperoncini.
- Spaghetti noodles
- Angel hair pasta noodles
- Fettucine noodles
- Small shell noodles
- Rigatoni noodles
- Marinara sauce
- Tomato sauce
- Steamed broccoli
- Raspberry sauce
I recommend that you order the Create Your Own Pasta. Choose from any of the noodles above and a sauce. Spaghetti with marinara sauce is a classic choice. You could also add steamed broccoli to your pasta, or get it on the side.

Your meal will come with either soup or salad. I really like their minestrone soup and suggest getting that. Breadsticks will also come with your meal. Olive Garden has stated that these are dairy free and vegan.
Make sure that your server does not put cheese on anything for you. They do not have a dairy-free, vegan friendly cheese.
Eating vegan at Olive Garden is much easier now than when I first went vegan. The breadsticks used to have butter on top and the minestrone soup had butter in it. I’m so about them changing these two to be vegan!
This document here from Olive Garden shows what is vegan and what is vegetarian.
