This week we tried Yumi organic baby food for the first time for my twins. This Yumi review will tell you all about the company and what we love about them and their baby food delivery services.

When you go on their website to order their fresh baby food, they walk you through the whole process.

First you’ll put in some of your information, like your baby’s date of birth. This is so they can suggest the right foods for your baby’s age.

Next, you’ll choose how many meals you’d like to receive per day. There are options for 1, 2, or 3. We got one meal per day to try it out. You can skip or cancel at anytime.

Then you’ll select the plan you want. They have different baby food stages depending on how old your baby is. We went with the variety pack which was a mix of stage 2 and stage 3 blends.

My twins are 13 months old, but they were born 3 months early. Because of this they are 10 months developmentally. That’s why we chose the stages of food that we did.

They have some baby finger foods in later stages that will be fun to try at some point. Something I love about Yumi is that there are a lot of baby food options.

After choosing your plan, you’ll put in your shipping and payment info and choose if you’d like to be billed weekly or monthly.

Use my link here to get to their website to order. When you do, you’ll automatically receive a discount! You’ll get $50 off your first month of the best baby food. The way this works is that you’ll get $12.50 off each week for 4 weeks.

This best selling baby food is made fresh, then shipped to you. It comes cold with ice packs. When you get it, you’ll want to put it in the fridge or freezer right away. It can go in the fridge for a week or in the freezer for 2 months.

I’m vegan and am raising my twins to be vegan as well and this is the healthiest baby food that I’ve seen around. Yumi organic baby food has no dairy, no gluten, no preservatives, no GMOs, no heavy metals, and no added sugars.

Yumi baby food comes in plastic jars that are BPA and BPS free. They chose not to do glass so that babies can still self-feed from the jar without risking having a glass jar break on them.

Our first shipment came with 8 jars of food. The flavors we got were triple berry pie, bean and chard, butternut squash curry bowl, peach crumble bowl, split pea soup, peaches and blackberry chia, all star soup, broccoli mash bowl. They are all full of fruits and vegetables.

Milo and Violet’s favorite flavor they tried was the All-Star Soup. It has sweet potato, butternut squash, carrots, broccoli, and nutritional yeast in it.

I love how their jars of food that are more like desserts are still healthy and have things like banana and Japanese sweet potato in them.

Their menu changes a little every week, so your little one won’t get sick of eating the same baby food purees all the time.

You can serve all of the foods hot or cold. If you want to warm them up, you need to transfer the food to a microwave-safe container first. My twins liked them heated up a lot more.

As a mom who doesn’t have a lot of extra time, it was so nice to have my little ones’ food come right to our door instead of having to go to the grocery store.

It was so fun to get our first shipment in the mail and I can’t wait to get next week’s!
